About Me
Hey y’all, I’m Sarah!
I was raised in Franklin, Tennessee, have traveled around the world, lived in multiple states and am settled back in my sweet little hometown. I would describe my life as a wild and wonderful adventure. Adventures in travels, experiences, activities, and my personal favorite - adventures in relationships.
I believe our relationships (with our friends, our family, our fellas and in our faith) have the potential to be our wildest and most wonderful adventure of them all.
I am passionate about meeting women exactly where they are, whether that’s in the good, the bad, the in between, or even if it’s a little bit of both. Wherever you are, I will be with you in that.
Doubts and dreams. Fears and faith. Insecurity and impact. Stuck and success. Hurt and healing. Breakups and breakthroughs.

Life will constantly bring us highs and lows. I spent many years in my 20’s searching for fulfillment in ways that never satisfied. I have messed up, made poor decisions, and lived selfishly. I have also seen the redemption of God’s grace, goodness and faithfulness when choosing to follow Him. Learning to accept that I am beautifully broken, trusting God and embracing the paradox of fruitful seasons and wilderness seasons, I have found a new life that consistently offers abundant joy, even if it doesn’t go how I imagined it would.
As a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Life Coach, I would love the opportunity to hear your story and coach you as you navigate wherever you are on your journey towards unveiling your beauty that has the power to nurture, inspire, and captivate.
I believe my mission, as your coach, is to empower you to discover your identity, embrace your purpose, equip you to walk confidently, and encourage you to move forward for the good of others and the glory of God.
